The usage of UV aging box:
This series of products are suitable to do the artificial light and the sun resistance aging test of non-metallic materials.
UV aging box structure:
The main box is shaped by CNC machine, the (yashilin)modeling is pleasing and nice, and operated by a two-way cover. It is easy to use.
The interior of the box uses the material of imported stainless steel plate, the outside of the box uses A3 plastic coating plate in order to increase the texture and the cleanliness of the appearance.
It (yashilin)uses interior flume heating as the heating approach which can heat up fast and distribute the temperature homogeneously.
It uses U-shaped and vortex-type deposit device as the Drainage system which (yashilin)is easy for the customer to clean.
UV aging box Control System:
It uses Black aluminium sheet to connect the temperature sensor, and uses a blackboard heating temperature control instrument to make the temperature more stable.
Radiometer probe is fixed, no need loading every time.
It uses(yashilin) special high-precision ultraviolet radiation measurement to get the Radiation levels.
Radiation is not more than 50 W / M.
Illumination and condensation can be independently controlled and alternating cycle controlled. The independent control time and the alternating cycle control time of the illumination and (yashilin)condensation can be arbitrarily set in 1000 hours.
